Accelerate people development by rotating mentorship

Mentorship is one of the cornerstones of personal development in an organization. Having someone experienced as sparring partner at you side can make a huge impact in boosting your situative thinking, your palette of options and in sharpening your toolset.
A mentor-mentee pair might develop habits and reflexes over time, resulting in a slightly clouded situative judgement. Furthermore, since experiences are different, switching mentors every now and then can prove refreshing and has a good potential of boosting your development.
In this talk i would like to showcase the way we set up this idea in my project management team in a digital agency and what upsides and downsides we got out of it.
