Building Successful Mentorships for People of Color in tech

One of the most effective ways for us to battle the tech industry's lack of inclusion, diversity and job retention, is developing our skills as mentors to People of Color. In the tech industry, we currently lack the ability to produce mentors who are able to effectively teach and connect with their POC protégés. In this talk, we discuss what changes we can make in the way we mentor to give our POC protégés the best chance to succeed in their careers in the tech industry.
