A case study on shifting from a paper-paradigm into a digital-based experience

Come take an inside look into the process of how the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) took their Health and Safety Excellence Program (HSEP) from a paper-based, isolated system to a fully integrated functional portal.

Moving from an analog system that allowed for constant change and flexibility, to a digital tool that required more rigid business rules from the client presented its challenges. We will be talking about and showcasing the techniques and tools that we used to define requirements and business rules. Through building this portal, we were not only able to replace the paper-based system, but also provide the client with detailed reporting and insight into their program.
