Classic Website Blunders is an informal, fun discussion of unfortunately common “blunders” that can cause web projects to fail. We will describe ten “classic” website blunders that our team has witnessed which can cause projects to run off-course, over schedule, and over budget-if the project finishes at all. More than cautionary tales, we will share proactive strategies to avoid these blunders in your projects and maximize your team’s changes of success. We believe keeping a project on track is a team effort, so we hope this session will be valuable not just for project managers, but for creatives, developers, and anybody who works on or adjacent to web projects.
