It's imperative that in today's market websites are performant, reliable and secure and when issues occur they are fixed quickly and effectively.
Our support team are responsible for proactively maintaining, supporting and hosting websites large and small, from all over the globe.
To deliver the best experience for our customers we created Zmashit, a fully integrated gamification league table into our support function to ensure we are delivering to our customers' service level agreements (SLAs).
The rules are simple, points for resolving issues but penalties for missed SLAs and any reopened tickets.
At the end of the month, the team and individual with the most points wins, and we all know what points make! Prizes!
