The last day to request an offline invoice is Sunday, March 28. All outstanding invoices must be paid by Monday, April 5. Unpaid registrations will be canceled.
Transfer & Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, however, you are able to transfer your ticket to another individual.
Please follow the instructions below to transfer your ticket prior to April 4, 2021.
How to edit a registration:
- Go to the RegFox account center. (Reminder: DrupalCon tickets are managed in an external system. Drupal.org credentials will not work here.)
- Create a new account by clicking the ‘Claim My Account’ button or log into an existing account.
- Once logged in, click the ‘Registrations’ tab and select the ticket you wish to edit.
- Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the registration you wish to change.
- Make edits, then click the ‘Save’ button.
- Important: New registrants will NOT automatically receive an email confirmation. You must click the ‘Resend Email’ button next to their registration. (Clicking the Resend Email button at the top of the page will send an email to the original registration purchaser.)
After April 4, 2021: Attendees can email help@drupalcon.zendesk.com with the name and email address of your transfer recipient Tickets cannot be transferred once DrupalCon begins.
