DrupalFest 2021 is a month-long series of virtual events in April celebrating 20 years of Drupal with a focus on community, contribution, and the positive impacts made possible by Drupal. DrupalCon North America 2021 is the marquee event of DrupalFest, taking place April 12-16, available online everywhere. In addition to DrupalCon, the entire month of April will include social events, workshops, sponsored content, networking and training.

  • WHAT IS DRUPALFEST?
    DrupalFest 2021 is a month-long series of virtual events in April celebrating 20 years of Drupal with a focus on community, contribution and the positive impacts made possible by Drupal.  Some events will be free to the public and some exclusive to DrupalCon ticket holders.
     
  • CAN I SPONSOR DRUPALFEST EVENTS?
    Yes! All DrupalFest events are an opportunity to highlight sponsors!
     
  • WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
    An invoice will be generated after the agreement is signed with net 30 terms.
     
  •  IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A CUSTOM SPONSORSHIP?
    Yes. We have created sponsorships that give you the ability to select the benefits that are most valuable to your organization. If you would like to further customize a sponsorship,  please contact sponsor@association.drupal.org to arrange a call with a dedicated Account Manager.
     
  • HOW CAN I GET A SPEAKING OPPORTUNITY?
    Diamond, Platinum and Gold Exhibitor Packages include a speaking opportunity. Various Module Add-On Sponsorships also include speaking engagements, please see the pricing list for more information.
     
  • HOW CAN I ACCESS THE DRUPALCON ATTENDEE LIST?
    We do not publish attendee lists for DrupalCon or DrupalFest. Select sponsor levels will receive attendee and organization names before or after the event.
     
  • HOW DO I ACCESS ALL THE DUE DATES AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MY SPONSOR BENEFITS/DELIVERABLES?
    A DrupalCon Fulfillment Coordinator will reach out to you with a detailed Event Kit.
     
  •  WHAT WILL LIVE VIRTUAL SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?
    The amount of slides/lecture presentation content will be reduced and there will be more speaker Q&A and interviews/conversations between a presenter and a facilitator. Presenters will share their video and slides/screen via the online conference platform.

Review your Supporting Partner Program membership status to get early access and a 10% discount on sponsorships.

  1. Complete the sponsorship intake form with your company contact details to reserve your sponsorship selection.
  2. Contracts will be sent via Docusign within 2-business days. Sponsor signature is required within 2-business days of receipt to hold your sponsorship.
  3. Once the contract is executed, an invoice will be sent with a 30 day net terms.
