Showcase your Successes in the Case Studies Track
So you have built a great website using Drupal, cracked through some serious code or technology challenges, addressed some real world pain points or business problems; and during this you’ve developed a unique recipe of using Drupal to solve a problem in a rather innovative way.
This Case Studies track is your chance to showcase your work, to show what's possible, and to inspire.
Bu what makes a great case study? What will make your case study shine amongst its peers? The short answer: a focus on your intended audience at DrupalCon, and providing insights that will help others learn from your experiences.
In particular these three kinds of case studies would be great :
- Breaking new ground, and redefining what’s possible
- Solving common problems in new and innovative ways
- Embracing failure and resiliency, things we’ve learned the hard way
A good case study presentation should include:
- The “What?”- the need the project had to fulfill
- The “How?” - modules, issues, wins, examples, process and project methodologies
- The “Why?” - business reasons, user feedback
- The “Who?” - team structure, customer, developer skills
- The “When?” - timeline, milestones
- The “Result?” - learnings, take-aways
This track is aimed at the following people :
- Drupalistas, Developers, Site builders, Project Managers, Product Owners
- Clients, project leads, business owners (non-technical) with a project underway, evaluators exploring Drupal as a possible fit for their projects
- Solution Architects & Specialists, Business Analysts, Consultants
- Those new to Drupal, curious about what it can do
Please submit your session proposals now, as that gives us a chance to give you feedback for improving your chances before the window closes. The submission deadline closes on 2nd November, 2015.
