CiviHR - The open source HR system for non profit organisations based on Drupal
CiviHR is a groundbreaking project to create a fully featured and freely available open source HR system for non profit organisations. With kind funding from the Zing foundation the project has been running at full steam for the past 12 months, working up to a planned launch in mid 2016.
Based on the Drupal and CiviCRM platforms the solution will be a fully featured HR system available as both a freely downloadable Drupal distribution and as a SaaS hosted version in the cloud.
The session will cover a first look at the new features in v1.6 (development version), a walk through of whats planned for v1.7 and details of the longer term roadmap.
For those who consider HR a headache for their organisation, or are already considering CiviHR as a product to offer to clients, or just plain want to know what all the fuss is about, this session is a must.
