How to Build Mobile Apps Drupal way

Its a common practise to develop a Mobile App and Website application with different teams. But have we ever given a thought to what happens if these two are developed by same teams. i am sure most of us wouldn't haven't thought about this.

Why is that?

1. We feel that a different set of expertise is required for creating Mobile Apps.

2. We don't want to invest time in letting the teams research and come up with App as it increases the Budget Constraints.

What to do?

I think I have an answer to the above questions.
