One day in the life of a Project Manager

I would like to share how a typical day goes by in our company.
We will talk about the challenges which we face and how we
tackle them.
We have employees working from Usa, Egypt and India where half of
us are remote and half of us work from an office.
My goal is to share how we tackle the below challenges
as the day goes by:
- How communication channels are setup so everyone can communicate
effectively everyday.
- What are the good habits we encourage for better synergy
- Cultural advantages when working with people from different countries
- How to work with external teams in case of additional workload and adjust as
per their company culture
- Our current experiments on adding value to the organization and the community
and our feedback on it.
