Outsourcing Drupal to India - A developer's experience from Germany

Working with a department in India from Germany for two years gives insight to the gains and obstacles related to that. Obstacles in the general set-up, obstacles in differing procedures and styles of communication and fundamental obstacles in the way, employer-empoyee relation work in Europe and India.

This presentation aims to give an overview of the practical experiences working in a distributed team. Some "lessons-learned" are derived and some hints are noted, what might ease this process.
