During website development we often think "what are the good/best practices of doing this". This session will cover the best practices of website development in Drupal 8. It will include Git best practices, feature-driven development, CI integration and auto deployment.
What we are going to cover:- Advantages and disadvantages between forked approach and non-forked approach
- Feature driven deployment
- Database updates using update hooks with example
- CI integration
- Auto deployment
- Git hooks for checking coding standards
Subhojit Paul and Deepak Kumar will give the session. The session will be presentation + demo. Some topics will be covered by Subhojit and rest will be covered by Deepak.
