Being working with Drupal & seeing the talent demand for almost 8+ years now, I feel there has always been a higher demand than availability for Drupal talent. With Drupal till Drupal 7, since the learning curve was steep, it was also difficult to bring in new talent to the Drupal pool easily.
We at QED42 believe in creating Drupal talent via proper training & have been conducting boot camps since 2011. In this session, I would like to share our journey over the past couple of years building Drupal talent. Drupal Internship is by far the best & the fastest way to bring fresh talents to Drupal.
