How to use your anxiety to your advantage
Anxiety and other mental health disorders affect millions of people around the world, and the situation has worsened with the pandemic.
Some of the symptoms that manifest with anxiety are:
* Feeling restless, wound-up, or on-edge.
* Being easily fatigued.
* Having difficulty concentrating; mind going blank.
* Being irritable.
* Having muscle tension.
* Difficulty controlling feelings of worry.
* Having sleep problems, such as difficulty falling or staying asleep, restlessness, or unsatisfying sleep.
* Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom
Living with these can be exhausting, frustrating, and painful, while frequent anxiety symptoms may be robbing you of sleep, joy, and/or confidence.
