Hashtag: #DrupalAccessibility

Itching to get started or even level up your web accessibility skills? Want to contribute by making the web a more inclusive experience for all? Then, you’ve come to the right place! From beginner to expert developers and designers, there’s something for everyone in this summit.

We’re pulling out all the stops by bringing notable experts in the field to share their experiences, including:

  • Mike Gifford will discuss his experience and case study making CNIB Foundation’s (a nonprofit organization driven to change what it is to be blind today) site extensively accessible
  • Gian Wild will be sharing examples that are essential to avoid when designing mobile apps, devices and wearables to ensure that everyone can use them.
  • We’ve also got an exciting panel discussion, where avid web users and social media influencers will share their firsthand experiences with a disability and perspectives on web accessibility

There will be three breakout sessions throughout the day, offering a more interactive and practical experience for participants. Tailor your schedule to your needs by choosing between our Intro, Intermediate, and Design sessions during these times to get the most out of your day.
