Registration
All attendees must wear an official conference badge to gain access into any conference events.
The badge is also required at many offsite social events, and can also get you Seattle discounts.

Easy Ways to Reduce Your Environmental Impact
Eliminate the amount of waste that ends up in landfill by bringing your own reusable water bottle (or coffee mugs) and refilling it at stations located throughout the Convention Center.
Reduce your personal carbon footprint by walking or taking public transportation whenever possible.
Use the bins onsite to ensure items are recycled and reduce the waste sent to landfills.
Reduce your water consumption by limiting shower time and reusing your hotel towel.

Seattle, Washington is located in Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7).
Electrical Access
North American power outlets provide 120 volts at 60 Hz.
What to Pack
We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary.
Seattle’s spring weather can be temperamental, so be prepared for a variety of weather. We also suggest you wear comfortable shoes. There is a coat check onsite as well.
Please be sure to carry a government-issued photo ID! Your identification will be required at various conference activities.
Weather
April is a wonderful time to visit Seattle. The average high temperature is 65ºF/18.3ºC with a low of 50ºF/10ºC. Rain is common in Seattle, so please come prepared.

We encourage attendees to use the public transportation system, Sound Transit, when possible.
Light Rail - Recommended from Seattle International Airport to Convention Center
Cost: $2.25 - $3.25
Estimated time: 38 minutes

Walk from Baggage Claim to SeaTac/Airport Station

From baggage claim go up one floor and cross the skybridge to the parking garage. Turn left.

Keep left and watch for the Link light rail signs leading to the station (0.3 mi)

Take Sound Transit Link light rail to University of Washington Station

Depart the light rail at Westlake Station

Walk .2 miles to the Convention Center.
