Psychology of MarTech - Humanize How You Think and Sell the Role of Technology to Clients

- Private group -

The Psychology of MarTech requires looking within and see that what you really want from MarTech is to be an extension of what you’d do yourself.

As a human, you have thoughts you want to share, you want to share these with other people, you find the opportunity to share and you get feedback as you share and adjust in the moment and file away for the future.

MarTech can best be seen as augmenting and expanding this same human instinct.

Depending on who you are communicating with (CUSTOMER) you can learn what is most effective to share (CONTENT), when is the best time to share and where to is the right environment to share (CONTEXT) based on going observation (ANALYTICS)

Focusing on these four areas allows us to bring together a more easily understood approach to MarTech and how you and your clients should invest in them and each other. We’ll dig into each and provide examples of them working alone and together.
