We constantly hear how hard Scrum is, that it was never meant for service work, and that it was only meant for working on one product at a time.  I have personally heard, time and time again, that there is no magic formula for implementing Scrum within an organization.  It is only framework and every company is different and every person is different so every implementation of Scrum has to be different. Right?
