Better project transition from Development to Support phase.

Every project goes through a transition wherein it gets handed over from one team to another or from one vendor to another. In any case, It is very challenging to get all the information transferred smoothly.

In this session, we will try to cover all of the points and documentation which can be created while project transition from the development team to support team.

Any kind of transition broadly falls under these two types:

 1.Inter-organization: If you have to transfer a project from the development team to support team with across the vendors then it becomes very challenging to keep track of all process. It is difficult to ensure complete knowledge transfer. Product owners active involvement is needed in this kind of transition.
 

2.Intra-organization: When you transfer the knowledge from one team to another in the same organization, the transition is relatively easy because you have both Dev and support team in-house. Usually, Vendor takes care of this in-house transition so product owners involvement is minimal.
