A Data Driven Donation Experience with Drupal Commerce

FatherShawn

Digital Pulp and Make-A-Wish Foundation of America entered into a partnership in 2018 to move Make-a-Wish’s web content from Sitecore to Drupal 8. This session will examine how we pursued two of our goals, creating an easy & intuitive user experience, and to be data driven, while building a new online donation process using Drupal Commerce.

Before commencing in a full redesign, we built together a “minimum viable product” which we ran in an A/B test for over 48,000 site visitors.  We will share how we integrated with Commerce, what we learned from the A/B test data and how that learning is shaping the final product.
