Digital is About People: Translating Data into User Stories
When presented with a sea of data it’s easy to start thinking about users in terms of statistics and demographics. That is when we have to stop and regroup. We need to use that data not to be the story so much as inform it as we develop our strategic materials. Together we’ll walk through the strategic journey of a client and touch on how to humanize your data to build the strongest understanding and devise an optimal user journey. Milestones will include:

Analytics & Demographics: we’ll paint by numbers as we look at the data and then break it away to start painting a picture of your user

Personas: we’ll use that painting and build characters who are more than a few bullet points - we’ll dive into who they are, what potential accessibility challenges they face, and most importantly, why they care

Content & Editorial Strategy/Planning: armed with that information we’ll discuss how to talk to that user as easily as you would discuss the product or service over coffee. This includes editorial calendars and processes.
