Depending on what survey you read, software projects fail anywhere from 10-80 percent of the time. Regardless of the actual percentage, that is a lot of failure. Your project does not have to end up as a statistic. Projects, both large and small, need technical and project leadership to be successful. Working as a dynamic duo is key for project managers and solution architects.

While no two websites are the same, there are techniques that can help you make your project a success. We have been building Drupal sites together for the past eight years. During that time we have led our share of large and small projects. Join us as we discuss how project managers and solution architects can work together most effectively to give your project the best chance to be successful.
