How to build Community on top of Drupal Community

This is a well known slogan for every Drupal Community member, especially for developers. Drupal Community is one of the greatest things that connects people from different countries but other than that it becomes connecting businesses with each other. When businesses are connecting to build something valuable for each other a new small community is born.
That’s what happened when several big YMCAs connected each other to build an Open Y Distribution using Drupal 8 as a base. A new community has been born, and this is a community of those businesses who use Open Y and Drupal to give their clients much better experience and value.
In this topic I will cover the following things:
- How to connect businesses to each other
- How decoupled architecture helps creating solutions
- How to grow a community and invite more participants
- How to motivate businesses to contribute by their names
- How to organize training, lessons, and events like Drupal Camps
- How to find inspiration, motivation, and resource to be an active member of the community
- What are the benefits to be a part of it
- Main problems and community crisis
This talk will be based on the experience of participating in the Open Y Community that was born with the Open Y Distribution based on Drupal 8.
