During this case study, we’ll start out by explaining the drivers behind the Drupal 8 redesign of RichlandLibrary.com and the creation of Intercept, a full-feature decoupled event management system designed for libraries by libraries. From there, we’ll take you through a journey of lessons learned at each phase of the project – strategy, design, development and even project management.
