You just accepted your next challenge, a project, with undefined scope, fixed budget, and strict deadline!

So, What would be the next step?

Definitely, to build a team- "a group of highly motivated people with right skills set and have a common objective"

But, How?

Who all would be the part of the team- "team members who are friendly to you" or "team members who are most experienced"? 

Or something else? 

As a project manager, we often face a situation where a team with the right technical skills set fails to deliver the project within the timeline, budget and for some unknown reasons.

To overcome this challenge, nowadays, almost every company are investing their resources to evolve like a team, develop team spirits through organizing social events, get-together, and other entertainment activities. 

In this session, you will learn:

  2. Team Building, different stages of building a team, and their transitions.

  3. Team member roles- Belbin's theory, Myers-Briggs type and it’s right mapping to the project development team of varying size. 

  4. Building trusts and relationships within the team (Johari & Nohari personality map). 

 

Also, a couple of examples for various group of members from the diverse background, remote, and under different time zones transformed into a high-performing team.
