Web inclusion: how to make the web each time more accessible?

Our daily activities are increasingly linked to digital technologies, The Web has provided this access and advancement, but does it really reach and serve everyone? How can we think and develop Web applications to make it even more inclusive? What are the major shortcomings that are overlooked during Web application development? Are there tips and guidelines that can guide the development in an inclusive way? How can we become agents of these changes? These are some of the questions that this talk intends to answer.
