Managing Our Stress
This Birds of A Feather session is for anyone who needs a little help or advice managing stress - or wants to give advice! We've all encountered stress in our lives, so whether you're dealing with it now, have worked through it, or want to be prepared, this is for you.
We'll talk about stress management techniques, including:
- How to say "No"
- Managing your Work/Life Balance
- Setting a schedule and keeping to it (including your sleep schedule)
- Various forms of Self Care to reduce stress, such as journalling, meditation, exercise, and therapy
