Let's use this BoF to shape the DrupalLadder roadmap.

DrupalLadder is a documentation and collaboration breakthrough in the making. It serves as community infrastructure on DrupalLadder.org for
- learning a range of Drupal Community-related skills
- presenting conference sessions and sprint onboarding instructions
- asking and answering 'how to' questions
- authoring and contributing various styles of documentation to drupal.org and similar community documentation sources
- onboarding sprint contributors
- mentoring
It is also a distribution available at drupal.org/project/drupal. Both the site and the distribution are under heavy development.

In this BoF we'll discuss extending the slew of ambitious new features already launched, give an update on those currently in development and plan the next priorities.

DrupalLadder what?

With its launch in 2012, a group of volunteers set out to boost the number of people contributing to Drupal worldwide. We launched DrupalLadder.org to present aspiring contributors with simple steps for climbing the learning curve (...steps on a "ladder"; get it?).

The community members who are working hard on DrupalLadder.org continue to believe everyone in the world, regardless of their ability to travel, or get good internet access, or drop in on a local Drupal user group, can learn and contribute to the Drupal project. DrupalLadder.org addresses the spectrum of tasks and skill levels needed within the Drupal community.
