In Canada, the term is ‘BBQ’; in the U.S.A., we say ‘grill’. In Germany, meat is often part of the main course and in France, veggies more popular. Get an insiders look at how Napoleon Grills’ online experience uses content personalization through tools provided by Drupal core and contrib modules, to cook up a new era of excellence in sales, marketing, and customer service for the brand, worldwide.

This ambitious digital experience is the recipient of the 2019 Acquia Engage Award for Excellence in Digital Marketing.

This project included the consolidation of 20 legacy sites into one new one, plus segmentation and content personalization control across 12 regions, five languages and several countries.

Drupal Solutions Lead Anna Mykhailova of Digital Echidna will share with us the awesome, the good, and the difficult of this project’s content personalization and custom regionalization tactics - including how she handled multilingual setup. Apply it to your own projects -- leave this session knowing the Drupal modules used, approaches tried and failed, and what ultimately works.
