Intro to software architecture for drupal developers

As Drupal continues to expand its use as an enterprise tool, Drupal projects have become much more than monolithic CMS deployments. These projects now integrate with more services and use more complicated infrastructure. In this new, more sophisticated environment, software architecture will play a more significant role in achieving project success. This session will cover the basic principles of software architecture, why they are important, tips for how these principles can be successfully employed for Drupal projects, and how “architect” is distinct from other technical project roles.
