sarahwall

In today’s fast-paced workplace, it's easy to get overwhelmed with the vast influx of information and tasks that you absorb every day. Many people are struggling to balance work, family and social commitments. We have adopted a culture of busyness as a normal way of life.

But what effect does this busyness have on your mind and body? The more you work at top-speed, the less you accomplish, the more stress builds up in your body. Over time, constant stress will affect your mental and physical health.

You have the ability to choose a different way of working that will help you thrive amidst trying times.

Learning Objectives

  • Stretch and breathe. Practice simple stretches and breathing exercises, which you can do at your desk.
  • Tune in. Use the power of your mind through meditation, allowing you to relieve feelings of stress and anxiety.

This will be an experiential session in chair yoga, providing you with practical tips and tricks that will make a difference in your work and personal life today.
