Join our three panelists; Dori Kelner (Principal, Insightful Culture), Matt Westgate (CEO/Co-founder, Lullabot) and J.D. Flynn (Technical Architect, Genuine) as they answer questions focused on the intersections of self-care, caring for employees, and caring for the work. This session is for people who work in a demanding, fast paced digital/drupal company or agency. The target audience ranges from people in a leadership postion, to those who are new and junior. Anyone who seeks to make sure thought and attention is being paid to individuals, as well as, the work that needs to be completed.
Prerequisites
Attendees will get the most out of this session by being familiar with working in an agency settings. Or experience working in an environment where it can be hard to balance the needs of individuals with the demands of projects.
