RDF in Drupal: Making your data interoperable

To discuss and progress the ideas/issues surrounding RDF in Drupal.

A lot of great work has been done addressing semantic web techniques for improving SEO via Schema.org (schemaorg D7, rdfui D8) and RDFa (RDF D7 core). And a lot of good, usable solutions exist for generating RDF serializations and querying Drupal RDF with SPARQL (rdfx, rdf_indexer D7). However, we haven't quite nailed bridging the Drupal entity model to the RDF data model in a easy, extendible way. Stephane Corlosquet (scor) laid out a new approach for solving this issue in a blog post introducing entity_rdf, a proof-of-concept for a new, flexible approach to serializing Drupal data in RDF.

This BOF seeks to build on this previous work by identifying the roadblocks to an easy, extendible solution for mapping an RDF data model to the Drupal data model, documenting them, and forming a team to begin addressing and codifying a solution.
