Are you a Drupal event organizer or on the board of your country's Drupal Association? Are you interested in meeting others like you, who commit their free time to planning events, mentoring others, and helping cultivate the Drupal Community? Then the Community Summit is the event for you.

We've learned from sprints that the best work comes from having the right people in the room, so even if you've begun your initiative and just need a place to gather your remote group, this is the place for you.

What's the story behind the Community Summit? Read Addison (add1sun) Berry's writeup explaining this new initiative, and what happened to the Community track.

The Community Summit will start with 3 minute lightning talks, where project leads will introduce their work topic to the group. We're looking for initiatives that are currently being worked on (Mentoring), initiatives that need help or input (Drupal Ladders), or initiatives that are new and need input and help (Iron Camp).
