CRM Integration at Scale: Finding the sweet spot


Rather than building a CRM in Drupal, growing organizations marry Drupal with best-of-breed marketing-automation and CRM systems like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.  Between the pains of a) syncing contact/account/opportunity objects on one hand, and b) embedding simple HTML forms in content on the other, there is a middle ground… and it’s awesome!

In this presentation we'll show how to integrate Drupal with a marketing automation system,  allowing marketing staff to easily manage content and campaigns without punishing users with convoluted workflows, mis-matched branding, or other bad UX.  Even drive a large number of online ad or e-mail campaigns through the same content.  We’ll explain our technique of using standard Drupal forms, Context, and a little custom module magic.
