Flag and Rules Working Together

Flag module and Rules module can be used together to achieve powerful functionality.

In this session I introduce both modules and give a conceptual overview of how they can work together.

I then demonstrate the power of this combination with a live walk-through configuration of an example flag/rule combo that allows users to enable (and disable) email reminders for a given date field on an entity (with user-customizable time increments).

I wrap up with a very excited and animated rant on the limitless possibilities of this powerful combination of modules.
