Mapping the Future: Keeping IT Projects Focused on Value

For many enterprises, there are dozens or hundreds of IT projects per year. And yet, how many of these consistently deliver on time, within budget and within anticipated scope? Finally, how many are consistently aligned with stakeholder and institutional priorities?
In this session, we'll take a deep dive into a powerful Agile technique called story mapping, which is designed to address these issues, and ensure IT projects stay on track and deliver high value.
The session will include a participative demo, in which we create a real story map together and walk through the activity in groups.
