Needle in a haystack: The 5 w’s of analyzing and reacting to a compromised website

When bad things happen to a site you are responsible for, the response is critical. Project Managers must have a different perspective to solve all of the issues. 

My approach was divided into investigation and analysis and response following my 5 w's methodology.  This was clearly a terrible thing, it was not planned for, I was not anticipating something of this level, but leveraging my experience and  expertise I was able to treat the issue as a mini-project. Getting to the point of understanding all 5 of the "W"s is what makes a project manager like me love my job. 

In this session I will discuss the 5 W's  approach we took to analyzing and uncovering the compromise. How tasks and assignments were divided for analysis, then how we shifted from investigation to response
