Prototyping with Sculpin

Site builders know that Drupal is a fantastic product for rapid prototyping. With Drupal, you can quickly click together a site that can do (almost) anything. Sometimes, though, you need a lightweight alternative to quickly prototype your designs. Introducing Sculpin! This static site generator is built in PHP, and uses Twig for templates; allowing you to bring your Drupal 8 knowledge with you as you build out simple sites quickly. And if you haven't started theming in Drupal 8 yet, you can start to learn the basics of Twig without having to think about all the extra Drupal bits at the same time.
By the end of the session you will be able to:
- Install Sculpin locally.
- Create a simple site from the default templates.
- Create a new Twig template to display a custom content type.
