Working in a team versus working on your own poses multiple problems during development.   When you have more than one person working on a project it becomes quite easy with the power and flexibility of Drupal for a site to become inconsistent and bloated. 

This session will cover tried and tested workflows for Drupal 7 throughout the various parts of development allowing for more seamless, collaborative and reliable development. Additionally, we will highlight where and how these processes need to be modified to work with looming release of Drupal 8 so that your team can be ready for when it's released.

We will investigate common problems throughout the different stages and solutions to these problems that we've implemented within our team.  

Based upon several years of working with different teams of Drupal developers, I will show you techniques to create consistent and well built site based upon my own sucesses and failures.
