Voya.com : Rebranding with Drupal
In 2014, ING U.S. underwent a large scale rebranding to become Voya Financial. With the launch of a new global brand scheduled for Sept 1st, the team worked with an agressive timeline of no more than 6 months to design/architect/build and launch the new Voya.com. The launch consisted of reviewing and updating content from ing.us, integrating a bunch of new features, re-organizing the entire site, and rebuilding the entire corporate site at the last minute.
This session will cover the in's and out's of how Voya.com was built from start to finish in just a couple of months, and will cover the following areas:
- How Voya.com is architected from a Site Builder / Administrator perspective.
- The modules we used to create the end user experience.
- What we had to build that Drupal couldn't do out of the box.
- What we've done since September 1st, and what is in store for 2015.
We hope that this session will allow other organizations and developers to see how our site was built and inspire future enterprise level organizations to adopt Drupal.
