With over a decade running PreviousNext, one of the Drupal community's largest code contributors, Owen will share his lessons of structuring a company so staff are relaxed and fulfilled, clients are happy and business is profitable and sustainable. Aimed at agency leaders and managers, the talk will look at how you can achieve fantastic productivity, excellent staff retention and relatively stress-free enjoyment running a company or internal team.
