At Princess Cruises we’ve been using DevOps practices for five years during development, deployment and support of the Princess@Sea application suite which covers guest experience, food & beverage, content and translation, and printed collateral systems.  We continually deploy our application to 18 production environments, perform over 4000 deployments a year, support millions of guests and crew,  all while having to maintain continual uptime.

In this session we’ll be looking at real life scenarios on how we use ChatOps, DevOps and Configuration Management to achieve our goals and dive into situations and technologies that help us achieve an unprecedented level of support for our remote users onboard our ships.
