Best Practices/Measures for Projects/Products
Targets: Teams, Remote Teams, Team Leaders and Product Owners/Managers
Description: I have been working in Internet Space for more than 7 years now and after working on Freelance, Waterfall and Agile Models, I can say Project Reporting is not only limited to Development team. There are a lot of branches to it as how to really get an insight for the health of a Project. This health Graph is helpful for everyone in the team (Developers, Team Lead, Product Manager/Owners) to understand the progress and things which have to be improved.
I will share my experiences on how to structure projects for success. I have worked with a Large Scale Projects and have great things to share. Following are the things I will share:
1. How to make best out of RACI
2. How can Gantt Chart helps you in looking throught the timelines.
3. How to use Process Control Charts to see where team needs improvements.
4. How to forsee risks for your project with the use of Burndown Chart, Risk Management Reports.
5. What should an ideal weekly/bi-weekly(depends on project) report contain.
6. How can Planning, Mid Sprint and End Sprint Reports help a team and what they should contain.
7. How Retrospective helps in success of project/product and teams
I will also share the tools that I have used and what I like about them.

There is no specific knowledge requirement for attendees but if they have an experience with Project Management that will be phenomenal.
After attending my session people/teams will gather an insight how Charts/Reports can be used by them and how to look towards them. This session will be good for people who want to improve their PM Skills.
