As someone who has spent years handling client relationships as well as open-source communities, I have learned how critical communication skills are—on both sides of the line. Drawing from my own personal experiences, I’ll outline the bad habits and pitfalls that can lead to miscommunication, and explain how to avoid them. Together, we’ll replace those bad habits with skills and tactics that can help anyone become a more successful business communicator.
