  • Walk through a range of crazy requests that have come across our desks @BioRAFT over the years
  • Will enrapture our audience with how my colleagues and I have unravelled the mysteries of these crazy requests and owned the solution via communication with the client, resetting expectations, and thinking outside the box
  • Emphasis is on falling in love with the problem and NOT the solution

Why you would like to hear about this topic?

  • Because often clients will ask for the impossible
  • Our instinct is to jump quickly to a solution to the request rather than focus on identifying the 'actual' problem 
  • We will have fun with explaining how product management involves a bit of product know how, technical know how, and a lot of pluck
