Creating an omni-channel content experience with Drupal at its core

Often today user's experience with a brand starts and ends through digital communication channels. This session will discuss a holistic view of placing Drupal at the center of a brands omni-channel content experience. We will examine:
- Typical brand's digital communication channels today (i.e):
- Web
- Mobile
- Social media
- SMS/Voip
- How to use Drupal to manage and provide a consistent content experience across these channels. Additionally, we will look at managing content experiences in new emerging channels such as:
- Connected devices
- Location based. (i.e. Beacons)
Session participants will be able to identify channels relevant to their organizations and plan for high level strategy on utilizing Drupal to manage those experiences.
