We’ll talk about what works, why it works and what you can throw out with the bathwater.

We’ll focus specifically on Drupal 8 using a case study of a recent enterprise project, a Fortune 500 company in the construction business. For example, we’ll share:

• Collaboration tools and reports we’ve used to track progress
• Scoping complex integrations and communicating risks
• Leading a globally distributed team of rockstars

Attendees should have a basic idea of what project management is and why it’s important, the rest they will learn from us.
