Data driven approach to optimize user experience

User experience design has traditionally been led by designers and alike. This session examines a new approach of data-driven user experience design with some of the new emerging tools and technologies. The session aims to examine concepts as well as practical examples for designers, developers and organizations to improve their user experiences on their Drupal based websites.
We will focus on:
- Defining UX optimization goal and hypothesis
- Collecting user behavior and other data.
- Perform A/B testing
- Measuring results and determining winners.
Session participants will be able to get an overview of the concept, methodology and various free tools they can use to get started. More importantly this session hopes to instill a thought process that incorporates data and analytics in UX design.
